About me
Philosophy
I believe every person is unique, which is why I draw on a variety of therapeutic methods which gives me the flexibility to listen and respond to your unique experience; meeting you exactly where you are. I hold the belief that within life’s challenges lies the potential for profound growth, deeper self-understanding, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Qualifications
As a qualified integrative psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I uphold the ethical responsibilities required in professional practice, including regular clinical supervision, to make sure you feel supported and safe throughout our work together.
I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) and hold a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, acquired as a result of a 5-year-long postgraduate training.
Therapeutic Approach
But beyond qualifications, what matters most is the relationship we build as I view therapy as a collaborative effort. At the heart of my work is building trust through a genuine, authentic connection, creating a space where you feel free to share your thoughts openly.
Those I work with experience me as warm, authentic and supportive. Together, we move at a rhythm that honours your pace, creating space for insights to unfold and the possibility for meaningful and lasting change.
Clients contact me for a variety of reasons including: anxiety, depression, chronic illness, trauma, stress, enmeshment, relational issues, life-crises, abuse, people-pleasing and imposter syndrome
